1. Payment is required before any reservation of slots.
2. A confirmation message will be sent after payment is received. We do not provide receipts.

3. Sessions are non-refundable.

4. Sessions will expire within 12 months from the date of payment.

5. Sessions cannot be transferred to different dogs or households.

6. Rescheduling of sessions should be made at least 2 days prior to date reserved. Subject to availability.

7. Rescheduling is limited to a maximum of 2 times.
